We're looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team. No previous recruitment experience is needed — we'll provide the training, support and practical experience to help you succeed.
What will you be doing?
This is a varied, hands-on role covering the full recruitment process, known as 360 recruitment . You'll develop both the people skills and commercial skills needed to build a successful recruitment career.
Finding, interviewing and registering candidates, including licence and compliance checks.
Visiting local businesses, developing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Understanding clients' staffing needs and matching suitable candidates to jobs.
Managing job adverts, bookings and day-to-day staffing requirements.
Keeping clients and candidates informed and building lasting relationships.
Supporting marketing, social media and recruitment administration.
Learning our out-of-hours procedures, with involvement in the on-call rota only when trained and confident.
