Driver Hire Leeds West are urgently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver for a temp-to-perm position with a well-established client in Leeds (LS19). Our customer is a well-established powder coating company who have been around for over 70 years.
- Consistent 40 hours per week
- Genuine permanent opportunity
- Monday to Friday 6:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
- Driving an 18T curtainside (automatic) vehicle
- Up to 6 deliveries per day (often fewer)
- Assisting with loading and securing the vehicle
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Full CPC and Digital Tacho Card
- Confident driving an 18-tonne curtainside vehicle
- Comfortable with an automatic HGV Wagon
- Happy to muck in with handballing and general manual work
- Able to commit to a full-time role
- Forklift licence
- Experience with loading and unloading
- From £16.14 per hour (holiday pay included)
- Permanent Salary of £30,168.00 after the temp to perm period
