Driver Hire Leeds West are urgently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver for a temp-to-perm position with a well-established client in Leeds (LS19) . Our customer is a well established powder coating company who have been around for over 70 years. This is a great opportunity to join a great company! Consistent 40 hours per week Genuine permanent opportunity Job Details Monday to Friday 6:00am 5:00pm (40 hours per week) Driving an 18T curtainside (automatic) vehicle Up to 6 deliveries per day (often fewer) Routes include: Leeds, York, Doncaster, Elland, Middlesbrough and Manchester Assisting with loading and securing the vehicle Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence Full CPC and Digital Tacho Card Confident driving an 18-tonne curtainside vehicle Comfortable with an automatic HGV Wagon Happy to muck in with handballing and general manual work. Able to commit to a full-time role Reliable with good communication Maximum 6 points (minor offences only) Must be aged 25 or over Desirable Forklift licence Experience with loading and unloading Pay and Benefits From £16.14 per hour (holiday pay included) Permanent Salary of £30,168.00 after the temp to perm period.
