This is a unique opportunity to become a fully qualified financial adviser through a structured development programme which combines hands-on client engagement experience with full training support within the TFAS Enterprises Group. As a Trainee Financial Adviser, you’ll begin your journey under the Inzuzo brand, working within our referral service and qualifications division. Here you will speak directly with consumers who have made online enquiries seeking advice to understand their financial planning needs and match them with suitable advisers. This role forms the foundation of your development, giving you invaluable real-world experience whilst you build the knowledge and skills required to progress into an advisory position within our TFAS Wealth brand.

This programme encompasses a tiered base salary structure dependant on experience and typically takes 18-24 months to complete, after which you will transfer to the TFAS Wealth brand. The starting base salary is between £25,000 - £30,000 with OTE between £35,000 – £48,000. Upon successfully qualifying and achieving competent adviser status, the starting base salary is £40,000 with OTE of £60,000. In addition, you will receive generous company benefits including 24-hour access to wellbeing support, annual salary reviews and an excellent work-life balance.

Working arrangements are 37.5 hours per week: Three early shifts (09:00 – 17:30) and two late shifts (10:00 – 18:30) Monday - Friday with a 4pm Friday finish. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, you will be required to work one in four Saturdays (09:00 - 14:30), on a rota basis, which will be paid as overtime or time in lieu. You will also have the option of working from home one day per week. Flexible working arrangements considered where business needs allow. This role is primarily office based with the option of one working from home day per week upon successful completion of the probationary period.

  • Conduct structured outbound calls to consumers and manage inbound calls
  • Build rapport and trust through professional telephone conversations
  • Identify customer goals, motivations and objectives through needs-based discussions
  • Assess eligibility and match consumers to appropriate advisers/solutions
  • Book qualified appointments and manage customer expectations
  • Maintain workflow and manage performance against targets
  • Update the CRM accurately and consistently with high-quality notes
  • Adhere to OFCOM standards and Treating Customers Fairly principles
  • Ensure all consumer outcomes are fair, accurate and professionally documented
  • Achieve KPI benchmarks across performance and quality
