This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Senior Marketing Executive to step into a high-impact, standalone role within a fast-paced and growing business. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will take ownership of all marketing activity across TFAS Enterprises (comprising TFAS Wealth, Inzuzo and TFAS Compliance Services), playing a pivotal role in driving membership engagement, supporting high-quality industry events, and strengthening our recruitment pipeline.
With exposure to both strategic planning and hands-on delivery, this role offers real breadth, from shaping propositions and campaigns to executing communications that resonate with financial advisers. As the sole marketing lead, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence direction, and see the direct results of your work. This is an ideal next step for someone ready to move beyond execution into a more strategic role, where you can build, shape, and grow a marketing function in a supportive but high-energy environment.
Salary between £32,000 - £38,000 DOE. In addition to the base salary, you will receive generous company benefits including 24-hour access to wellbeing support, annual salary reviews and an excellent work–life balance.
Working arrangements: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday – standard working hours 09:00 – 17:30 (16:00 Friday Finish). Flexible working arrangements considered where business needs allow. This role is primarily office based with the option of one working from home day per week upon successful completion of the probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Collateral & content: Maintain and update public websites (inzuzo.co.uk and tfas-compliance.com), including pages, news, FAQs, and service information. Update the Info Hub/resource library with new communications, events and proposition developments. Develop and refresh sales and guidance materials (e.g., one-pages, guides, proposition docs). Coordinate video creation and deployment (briefing, assets, basic editing, and uploading to platforms). Implement brand changes across all digital and print materials to ensure consistency.
- Events & webinars: Build and manage webinar booking pages and landing pages, co-ordinate timing, links, and testing with partners. Help plan and manage live and virtual conferences, including booking pages, logistics, signage/branding, and promotion. Support podcast setup and management – including editing, hosting, and promotional activities (once launched). Create and market focus groups, best-practice events, and roundtables for members and partners.
- Member engagement: Plan, build, and deliver regular member email communications (e.g., newsletters, compliance updates, added-value content). Work with the compliance team to create and deploy compliance-focused communications (e.g., thematic reviews, guidance). Promote added-value services and content to members and partners. Manage data segmentation and targeting to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences. Manage partner-to-member communications where relevant (e.g., co-branded campaigns, shared content).
- Recruitment & growth: Deliver a consistent recruitment communication schedule for TCF and Inzuzo, including regular emails and campaigns. Manage social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn) with regular, brand-consistent coupling content. Manage and maintain messaging profiles, data, and follow-up sequences for recruitment and enquiry leads.
- Track results and report on engagement: Track results and report on engagement (email opens, click-throughs, event sign-ups, webinar attendance).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualifications (Desirable): Marketing degree or similar.
- Experience (Essential): Digital-first marketing experience: email campaigns, web content, social media, basic analytics, and CRM/data segmentation. Events and webinars – experience setting up booking pages, managing logistics, and promoting online events. Content and collateral – creating guides, brochures, one-pagers, and simple video coordination.
- Experience (Desirable): Marketing background in B2B/professional-services/financial-services or membership-style organisations.
- Skills: Content creation – clear, concise, professional copy for financial-adviser-facing and member-focused audiences. Website management – comfortable updating CMS/WordPress-style sites, basic SEO awareness, and structure-for-clarity. CRM/data & segmentation – comfort segmenting lists, tracking engagement, and using systems to tag and profile audiences. Email marketing platforms – experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar ESPs for member and recruitment comms. Video & podcast basics – committing to learning if not already experienced; comfort with editing tools and uploading/distributing content. Project management – ability to juggle collateral, events, webinars, and ongoing campaigns with clear timelines.
