We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Digital Marketing Team Lead to head up our performance marketing efforts across SEO and PPC. This is a key leadership role where you’ll guide a talented team and drive measurable growth for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
·Lead and mentor a team of SEO and PPC specialists
·Frequent check-ins and meetings with clients to discuss active projects and campaigns
·Develop and oversee data-driven strategies that improve search rankings, traffic quality, and conversion rates
·Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms
·Own the performance of key KPIs like ROAS, CPL, and organic traffic growth
·Collaborate with content, design, and dev teams to execute SEO best practices
·Monitor trends, test new channels, and stay ahead of platform updates
·Report on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
·3+ years in digital marketing with a strong background in both SEO and PPC
·1–2 years in a senior or team lead role
·Deep understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, link building, and CRO
·Experience managing paid search campaigns
·Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Moz, and ad platforms
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ÂŁ37,500.00-ÂŁ42,500.00 per year
