As Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing, sales-focused team. Your role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a strong, motivated team. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, maintain the branch’s top standards, and tackle challenges around stock, performance, or policies head-on. With your leadership, you’ll create a supportive, results-driven culture, setting clear goals and celebrating achievements together. Your mission is simple: drive success, develop your team, and ensure the branch consistently delivers exceptional service.

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • NO WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities include:

  • Branch Operations: Oversee everything from layout to safety, storage, and product accessibility, ensuring the branch is always well-organized and operational.
  • Sales & Financials: Manage sales, margins, and overheads, ensuring targets are exceeded and financial performance is strong.
  • Safety Culture: Lead by example to promote a healthy, safe, and positive workplace for both customers and colleagues.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, empower, and delegate to your team, fostering a collaborative approach that ensures excellent customer service and operational success.
