About the SEN / Teaching Assistant Role:
* Work in a supportive SEN School environment where your passion and expertise will make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
* Assist with personal care and toileting.
* Support children with specific needs such as oxygen, standing frames, walkers, and wheelchairs.
* Experience with eye-gazers is beneficial.
* Provide support for students with learning difficulties.
* Assist with feeding during lunch and help children with school transport.
* Work with non-verbal children – experience in sign language and PECS is an advantage.
* Knowledge of PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) is suggested.
