One of our Client School in Hayes is seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive school environment and is eager to provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs.
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting children with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Assisting the class teacher in implementing individual learning plans (IEPs).
- Encouraging and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Using a range of strategies to support pupils' development and well-being.
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
What We’re Looking For
