We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a reputable nursing home in Twickenham, specialising in dementia care.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents living with dementia. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and well-structured care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents with dementia
- Develop, implement, and review individual care plans
- Administer medication in line with NMC guidelines
- Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes
- Lead and support care staff on shift
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
Requirements
- Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
- Extensive experience working in dementia nursing homes (essential)
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
