As the Night Service Manager, you'll be the primary individual overseeing the entire site overnight, ensuring our high standards of care are consistently met. You'll work closely with nurses in charge and ward teams across all departments, with full support from on-call senior managers and doctors, to maintain and enhance care quality throughout the night.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly and effectively manage all medical and psychiatric emergencies.
  • Provide essential coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Conduct randomized spot checks to maintain high standards and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee thorough handovers and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Actively participate in audits and personnel management.
