⭐ Your Role

As a Mental Health Therapeutic Support Worker, you will play an important part in supporting individuals who are experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, or crisis. You will help create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment where people can feel heard, supported, and empowered.

You Will Provide:

  • A safe and welcoming space for people in need
  • A supportive, non-judgemental listening ear
  • 1-to-1 emotional support, advice, and guidance
  • Support in developing personal safety plans
  • Help accessing local community and mental health services

  • Team support in maintaining a drop-in crisis service
