- 6 months experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
- Experience in care homes, nursing homes or similar care settings
- Enhanced DBS certificate or willing to complete a DBS check
- Relevant care training, or willingness to undertake mandatory training
- Reliable, caring and professional approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability to cover bank shifts
