Tezlom is currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant for a well-known aviation services provider supporting international airlines with baggage delivery, repatriation, and logistics services across UK airports. We work closely with airlines, ground handlers, and airport authorities to deliver time-critical, compliance-driven operations.
We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Admin Assistant to support our aviation operations team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, accurate records, and effective communication between airlines, drivers, ground handlers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to operations and management
- Handle emails and correspondence with airlines, ground handlers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and operational logs
- Assist with invoicing, job tracking, and basic reporting
- Support HR administration including staff records, passes, and compliance documents
- Coordinate driver paperwork, timesheets, and rota-related admin
- File and organise contracts, agreements, and airport documentation
- Answer calls and respond to queries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
