The Opportunity
As our Registered Manager, you will have an important role in leading the service, supporting our care team and ensuring that our clients receive safe, effective and compassionate care. You will work closely with the Director and have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the service, helping shape the way we deliver care and build strong relationships with clients, families, staff and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe and person-centred care
- Manage, support and motivate care staff
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff compliance
- Monitor the quality of care through regular audits and quality assurance
- Ensure care plans, records and documentation are maintained to a high standard
- Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints appropriately
- Develop strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals
- Support the continued growth and development of Tezlom Homecare
- Ensure the service remains compliant with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
- Work closely with the Director on service development and business growth
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is experienced, driven and passionate about care, with the confidence to lead a service and make a positive difference. You should have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary care or a similar setting
- A good understanding of CQC regulations and care standards
- Experience managing and supporting care staff
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A relevant health and social care qualification is desirable
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding care
