The Role We are looking for an organised, motivated, and experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our CQC-regulated domiciliary care service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
  • Maintain and promote compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
  • Lead, support, and develop the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
  • Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate, reviewed, and tailored to individual needs.
  • Recruit, supervise, and support care staff.
  • Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, and client feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
  • Support business growth while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Participate in the on-call rota where required. Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care.
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK. What We Offer
