Tezlom Healthcare is currently looking for experienced and reliable Registered Nurses to join our team and cover flexible bank shifts in nursing and care homes across Wembley, Harrow and Uxbridge.
Key Duties
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in line with their individual care plans
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing and reporting any changes
- Completing clinical assessments and maintaining accurate care records
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living needs when required
- Working closely with care staff, families and other healthcare professionals
- Responding appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions
- Supporting residents with long-term conditions, dementia and other complex care needs
- Ensuring all care is delivered in line with safeguarding, health and safety and infection control procedures
- Providing guidance and support to care staff where required
- Maintaining confidentiality and promoting residents’ dignity, independence and choice
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in nursing or care home settings
- Valid NMC registration
- Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to apply for one
- Relevant mandatory training certificates, or willingness to complete the required training
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Caring, reliable and professional approach
