Join the Tezlom Team! Tezlom is currently recruiting compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) who are car drivers to work on a part-time basis in nursing homes and care homes.
Location: Feltham (TW14), Hounslow (TW4)
Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible Shifts)
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and feeding
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being
- Record and report changes in residents' health or behaviour
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
- Travel between different nursing and care home settings as required
Requirements:
- At least 6 months previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant is required
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car are essential
- A caring, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- Mandatory training and an enhanced DBS are desirable or willingness to obtain them
