Join Tezlom as a Children’s Support Worker! We are looking for a Children’s Support Worker to join a dedicated team in a Children’s residential home in Lewisham.
As a Children’s Support Worker, You Will:
- Assist young adults in a Children’s Residential Home
- Provide care and build strong, trusting relationships
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour
- Hours of Work: 40 hrs per week - Rota basis
- Weekly Pay

What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ -3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children in a residential setting
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to safeguarding children
- Available to work Day or Night Shifts including evenings & weekends
- Right to work in the UK & able to provide two professional references
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker
- Drivers preferred but not mandatory
