We are a logistics recruitment agency based in Southport. We place Class 1 and Class 2 HGV drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics roles across the North West and we are growing.

We are looking for someone who knows the industry to join the team part-time. The hours are flexible. We are open to 2 to 3 days a week or 5 days from 10am to 3pm, whatever works for the right person. If it's somewhere in between, let's talk. We'd rather find the right fit than stick rigidly to a format. Office based in Southport.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, and telephone interviewing applicants for logistics roles, primarily Class 1 and Class 2 HGV drivers and warehouse staff.
  • Once you've found the right people, you'll get them through compliance documents, checks, references, and make sure they're ready to work.
  • It's busy, phone-heavy, and you'll need to stay on top of multiple candidates at once.

What we need from you:

  • Experience working in the logistics industry; you need to understand the roles you're recruiting for.
  • Confident on the phone; this is a people job, not a desk job.
  • Good computer skills; you'll be working across multiple systems.
  • Organised, thorough, and able to follow things through to completion.
  • A team player; we're a small, close-knit team of 10 and everyone pulls in the same direction.

What you get:

  • Flexible hours that work around your life.
  • A genuinely nice office environment, the kind you'll actually want to come into.
  • You'll be joining a team of 10 people who know what they're doing and will have your back.
  • Casual dress code.
  • Early finish Fridays, and we get your lunch in.
  • Real opportunities; we're expanding and full-time hours and progression are genuinely on the table for the right person.

Pay: National Minimum Wage, dependent on age.

To apply: Apply online or call 01704 544247. No long application needed, just tell us about your experience and what hours work for you.
