An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join the team working for one of the UK's most successful private homecare organisations. Located in Oxfordshire, you will be an effective member of the team taking responsibility of planning, assessing and evaluating the day-to-day care provided by staff to clients in the surrounding area. It will be your responsibility to ensure a skilled workforce is in place and safe quality care is being delivered to all clients. The Monday-Friday office and field position requires at least one years experience in healthcare. Driving License is essential along with Minimum NVQ 2 Health and Social Care.
