Domiciliary Care Branch - Good Branch with Growth Opportunity

£40k starting salary (may be flexible for the right candidate)

QUARTERLY BONUS of £500-£1000

Looking for someone to take over and run the branch and ideally become the operations manager in a suitable timeframe.

If you are experienced in Homecare and Domiciliary Care, and wanting to make a difference, then Tezlom have a fantastic opportunity for you at an existing and operating branch!

We are looking for a Registered Manager to undertake the smooth running of a Domiciliary Care Branch in Nottingham, NG12. This is an existing branch that provides care to clients in their own home across east Nottinghamshire, and we are looking for an experienced RM that can hit the ground running.

The branch is part of a large and successful group that operate across the UK and beyond, and therefore give you access to fantastic opportunities in their scope for business. It's also currently rated 'Good' with a small office team.

Here, you will receive daily support, as well as undertake a running branch with bookings and contracts in place, however we are looking for someone with experience that can grow the private hours and get things on track. You will join a team of 4 here.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum one year as a Registered Care Manager/Care Manager
  • Driver - Essential
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations
