Tezlom are recruiting for compassionate chef staff to work within specialist Nursing and Care Homes across Kingston, Sutton and Croydon.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Join an outstanding team in menu creation.
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment meet all health and safety requirements.
- Produce fresh cooked meals daily to residents with special dietary and nutrition needs.
- Set up the kitchen and maintain standards of hygiene, presentation, and efficiency.
- Cook food in a timely manner and ensure excellent presentation.
- Modify recipes to suit customers’ requests, dietary needs, and allergen requirements.
- Monitor food and stock checks, costs, ordering.
- Experiment with food and recipe ideas, creations of new menus and daily specials.
- Flexibility in working hours (early shifts, late shifts, long days or weekends) based on availability.
