We are looking for AI Quant Analysts to join our team in London. In this role, you’ll explore how to use large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others) including building agents to fetch and feed data, to experiment the usage in the full research cycle: from idea and signal generation to modeling and backtesting. You’ll test unconventional ideas, run experiments, while always being the human who challenges, filters, and improves the output.
You’ll work with real market data, collaborate with experienced researchers, and build strategies that could eventually go into production. If you enjoy exploring new tools, thinking independently, and approaching trading problems from a fresh angle, this role could be a great fit, but most importantly – you should be someone who loves trading !

London, UK (Hybrid mode with 3 days in-office requirement)
Key Responsibilities
- Use generative AI tools to assist with idea generation, research, and code prototyping
- Guide AI tools through structured prompts to explore signals, datasets, and trading hypotheses
- Take AI-generated code or research outputs and test, fix, or re-implement them where needed
- Collect and prepare data for use in backtests and modeling
- Build features and alpha signals with a mix of AI assistance and hands-on work
- Backtest ideas and interpret results with care and skepticism
- Contribute to building and improving the overall research workflow involving AI tools
Basic Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Physics or a related technical field
- Comfortable working in Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Interest in financial markets and a drive to explore new research approaches
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Good communication skills
- Receptivity to lots of coaching
- Detail-oriented with a structured and careful approach to testing ideas
Nice To Have Requirements
- MSc or PhD in a ML/AI or related field, or a quantitative field
- Experience using generative AI tools for coding or research
- Participation in STEM Olympiads, research competitions, or other competitive programming challenges
- Familiarity with backtesting frameworks, market data, or signal modeling
- Knowledge of C++ or Java is a plus
