Job Description

Your Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Mobile Engineer to join our growing team. You\’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining our mobile applications, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. We need someone who is passionate about building high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences and who is eager to collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional results. You\’ll be a key contributor, not just executing tasks, but also helping to shape best practices and mentor junior team members.

On a day-to-day, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement clean, intuitive, and well-tested mobile interfaces using Flutter and native technologies (iOS/Android).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features.
  • Contribute to mobile architecture decisions and help establish best practices.
  • Create and maintain reusable components and contribute to our design system.
  • Write unit and UI tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
  • Optimize application performance and debug complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge with the team.
  • Proactively identify and address technical debt and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

Your Story

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in mobile development with Flutter and native iOS/Android development.
  • A strong portfolio of shipped applications or demonstrable projects showcasing your Flutter expertise.
  • Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns and state management.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of iOS and Android platform-specific requirements and guidelines.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Proficiency in performance optimization and debugging mobile applications.
  • Understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle.
  • Fluent English communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience providing mentorship is a plus.
  • Proven track record of mentoring developers and driving technical initiatives.
