  • Partner closely with the Sales Manager and step in to support day-to-day leadership activities when required, helping ensure team alignment and momentum.

Your Story

This role goes beyond individual performance. It’s an opportunity to contribute to a strong, collaborative sales team and help raise standards across the wider organisation. To do that, we’re looking for individuals who bring the following experience and qualities:

  • Strong experience in a sales role, ideally within field-based sales in payments, fintech, SaaS or similar industries, with a level of seniority that demonstrates consistent performance and impact.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues, with the ability to positively influence and develop others.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, particularly in a field-based environment.
  • Confident negotiation and objection-handling capabilities.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset, with an interest in developing towards leadership as the local team continues to grow.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A full UK driving licence.

This is a fully field-based sales role.

  • Physical and mental wellbeing support through GymPass, including free access to 1,500+ gyms across the UK, 1-to-1 therapy, meditation sessions, and digital fitness and nutrition apps.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave, offering greater flexibility and support for different family needs.
