We are seeking a commercially strong, financially astute Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing UK team. You will take a project-based approach to major strategic topics that impact our financial targets, conducting commercial analysis, developing recommendations, implementing processes and automations, and looking for ways to consistently improve commercial performance. As a member of our UK Operations leadership team, you will need to span strategy, analytics, and execution, combining an eye for innovative commercial strategies, focus on unit economics and P&L metrics, and an ability to drive implementation of new processes. Co-ordinate with various commercial teams to deliver strong business results and improve business KPI’s. Perform in-depth analysis on the sales funnel and product performance, creating dashboards and adapting strategies for re-pricing and incentives. Manage various operational projects, such as product rollout, risk management and fraud prevention. Work closely with our UK Country Operations Leader as an influential member of the UK Leadership Team. Ideally worked in a fast-paced scale-up tech environment working with merchants and/or small, local businesses. Strong skills in data analysis with a keen eye for detail. Proven experience building and improving operational processes. Strategic mindset with project management and execution skills.
