Hello! We’re Teya. Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance. At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities. We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street. We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters. We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us. Become a part of our story. We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.
Your Mission
We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical Operations Analyst to join our Shared Operations team. This is an individual contributor role with direct exposure to high-impact initiatives across Inside Sales, Customer Relationship, and Supply Chain functions. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations and senior stakeholders across Europe to improve performance, streamline processes, and increase visibility into operational results. This role requires ownership, independence, and comfort with ambiguity—whether that means building dashboards, defining KPIs, or mapping complex processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to make a measurable impact as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support strategic initiatives across Supply Chain, from opportunity diagnosis through execution
- Build reporting and performance-tracking frameworks for Supply Chain teams
- Define, track, and analyse KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Work hands-on with raw data to generate actionable insights and translate them into dashboards, tools, or presentations
- Map and structure operational processes to enable scalability, consistency, and efficiency
- Collaborate with teams across multiple countries to understand local nuances and align operations
- Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both central leadership and local teams
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, or project management
- Strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience in data tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- A self-starter who can work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring problems from scratch
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (tech, fintech, startup, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of Supply Chain operational processes is a strong advantage
The Perks
- Flexible working hours built on trust and collaboration
- Physical and mental health support through Wellhub, including access to 1,500+ gyms, 1-1 therapy, meditation, and wellbeing apps
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
- Cycle-to-Work Scheme
- Health and Life Insurance
- Pension Scheme
- 25 days of annual leave (+ bank holidays)
- Daily office snacks
- Friendly, informal office environment in Central London
