We are looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing team at Teya. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising our acquisition pricing and offer management framework and driving a test-and-learn approach to pricing. You’ll design, test, and refine pricing models and assumptions, helping shape how we attract and onboard new merchants across our markets.

This is an exciting hands-on technical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation & strategy and wants to make a tangible impact on growth and profitability.

On a regular day, you could expect to:

  • Pricing Model Development
    • Optimise Teya’s offer to ensure competitiveness and profitability at a customer level
    • Build and maintain acquisition pricing models, including elasticity and willingness-to-pay analysis
  • Test & Learn Execution
    • Lead a data-driven test-and-learn process to continuously refine pricing logic
    • Analyse performance, draw insights, and recommend changes to improve outcomes
    • Partner with product and data teams to operationalise successful experiments
  • Strategy & Collaboration
    • Contribute to the development of Teya’s acquisition pricing strategy
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to align pricing with customer and market dynamics
    • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Your Story

  • 4–5 years of experience in pricing, analytics or a similar quantitative role
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and Python for data analysis and model building
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, uplift modelling, causal inference)
  • Solid understanding of commercial metrics, unit economics and cash flow models
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to test hypotheses and communicate insights clearly
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for learning and improving
