Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance. At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities. We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street. We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters. We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us. Become a part of our story. We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

- Use structured, value-led sales approaches to win new business and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Develop deep expertise across Teya’s full product portfolio, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights from the field to inform product development, sales strategy and process improvements.
- Represent Teya across your territory as a credible, professional and values-led ambassador of the brand.

- Support the onboarding and development of new team members by sharing best practices and coaching in the field.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture that values learning and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with the Sales Manager and step in to support day-to-day leadership activities when required, helping ensure team alignment and momentum.

- Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues, with the ability to positively influence and develop others.
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills, particularly in a field-based environment.
- Confident negotiation and objection‑handling capabilities.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving business.
- A proactive, self‑driven mindset, with an interest in developing towards leadership as the local team continues to grow.
- Fluency in English.
- A full UK driving licence.
This is a fully field-based sales role.
The Perks

- Competitive basic salary plus commission, with typical on‑target earnings of £90,000 in your first year.
- Company car.
- Physical and mental wellbeing support through GymPass, including free access to 1,500+ gyms across the UK, 1-to-1 therapy, meditation sessions, and digital fitness and nutrition apps.
