Your Mission
We're revolutionising the market with our cutting-edge payments terminals and trailblazing value-added software. Our mission? To empower small and medium businesses with tools that truly make a difference, setting us apart in the industry. Leading a team of 5-10 Business Development Executives and Managers across a defined territory and working closely with the Head of Field Sales, you will develop, coach, grow and deliver on our ambitious growth targets for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead, inspire and develop a team of sales representatives, focusing on enhancing their skills and increasing productivity.
- Manage team performance by setting clear objectives, conducting daily reviews of activity and providing constructive feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed their targets.
- Introduce new products to our existing and potential customers with innovative approaches.
- Play a key role in the hiring process, identifying and recruiting top talent to strengthen the team and align with our growth objectives.
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Your Story

- Minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role with a demonstrable history of getting the best out of your team.
- Experience managing and motivating high activity within a team of field-based salespeople.
