Job Description We have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing commercial team here at Teya. You will be responsible for the following: Customer Identification – Proactively identify potential customers within your defined territory through cold outreach, networking and referrals. Building Relationships – Engage with existing and potential customers in-person to understand their challenges, establish rapport and build trust to create a positive customer experience. Closing Sales – Using effective sales strategies to ultimately win new business and hit your targets. Product Knowledge- Be an expert in all things Teya and have a deep understanding of all our different products (Don’t worry, you’ll have lots of training on this!). Market Feedback- Collaborate with the wider business by providing valuable insights and feedback from the field to help us improve our product offerings Brand Representation- You will be a representative of Teya and the go-to person in your territory whilst embodying our values and vision Qualifications What are we looking for? Your Mission Is To Not Only Close a Large Volume Of Deals But Also Create Lasting Partnerships And Support With The Overall Satisfaction And Success Of Our Customers By Truly Understanding Their Needs. To Do That, We’re Looking For People With The Following Attributes Minimum of 2 year experience in a customer facing or Sales related role Effective time management and organisation skills A proactive self-starter who has a desire to go above and beyond ‘good’ to ‘great’ Great team player Strong resilience with the ability to overcome objections A desire to learn and continue to develop Fluency in English A full UK Driver\’s license and access to your own vehicle Additional Information What can we offer you?
