Hello! We're Teya. Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance. At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities. We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street. We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters. We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us. Become a part of our story.
We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

- Act as a key point of contact between the executives and a broad range of stakeholders across the business, helping communication flow smoothly and professionally.
- Support leadership cadence by organising recurring meetings, off-sites and business reviews, and ensuring decisions, actions and deadlines are captured and progressed.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, anticipating needs before they arise and solving issues quickly and pragmatically.
- Help streamline and improve ways of working, introducing structure and process where needed to improve efficiency across the leadership team.
- Partner closely with teams across strategy, commercial and UK market operations to keep priorities moving and remove friction wherever possible.
Your Story: We would love to hear from you if you bring:
- Proven experience supporting C-level or senior executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Experience managing multiple senior leaders at once, with the judgement to balance competing priorities and shifting demands.

- A track record of producing high-quality presentations, documents and briefing materials for senior audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and make sound decisions.
