Your Mission
- In the Email Marketing Specialist role, your mission is to improve customer lifetime value by designing, building, deploying and optimising our direct communications to customers, through email, WhatsApp, SMS and push.
- Delivers on a CRM strategy that improves the customer experience for Teya members, progressively improving our delivery with segmentation, communication design, personalisation, analytics and cross-channel synchronisation through WhatsApp, SMS and through our product experience (including banners, push, content cards and more).
- Creates and manages CRM campaigns in HubSpot, designing workflows, creating A/B tests, analysing email performance, and optimising campaigns based on data insights.
- Supporting the launch of new products and features, and activating CRM campaigns to existing members to drive cross-sell of Teya’s product suite, including Business Account, Cash Advance and E-POS.
- Collaborates with local marketing teams across our 7 country operations (with 2 new markets launching over summer) to manage a communications calendar and ongoing processes, and delivers against our intake process for CRM communication support.
- Engages our member community to build empathy and understanding (combining with customer data) of communication that can have impact, and collaborates then to create high quality case studies and content.
- Works closely with the brand team to ensure the brand and tone of voice is represented through all customer communications.
Your Story
- You have at least 2 years' experience in a CRM role, comfortable building deploying CRM communications across an end-to-end process.
- You have strong copywriting skills in English and an instinct for great design.
- You’re proficient using CRM platforms like Hubspot and Braze.
- You’re highly analytical with proficiency in measuring email marketing performance, and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- You have experience working with HTML for email customisation and troubleshooting.
- You have experience with design tools such as Figma and Canva.
- You’re highly organised with strong project management skills.
- You’re a great communicator and collaborator.
- You have a growth mindset with eagerness to learn and a hands-on attitude.
- You’re happy to work from our new headquarters in Central London at least 3-days a week.
