Hello! We’re Teya. Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance. At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities. We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street. We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters. We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us. Become a part of our story. We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.
Your Mission
We’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing to define and lead how Teya’s products come to market — from positioning and messaging to launch strategy and ongoing adoption. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating customer insights into stories that resonate and strategies that drive impact. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll shape the narrative around Teya’s growing suite of products, ensure commercial teams are armed to win, and help us accelerate adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion across Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Leadership
- Own and evolve the global Product Marketing strategy across Teya’s payment solutions, merchant services, and digital tools.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, setting standards for excellence in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Growth leadership to ensure alignment from roadmap to revenue.
- Define and track core KPIs — adoption, feature engagement, win rates, upsell success — to measure and optimise product marketing impact.
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Design and deliver GTM strategies for new launches, feature rollouts, and market expansions — from concept to post-launch optimisation.
- Lead cross-functional launch planning with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure readiness, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Translate technical capabilities into simple, compelling value propositions that speak to SMB pain points and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams on pricing, packaging, and positioning decisions based on customer insights and market dynamics.
- Positioning, Messaging & Storytelling
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging for each product line, audience segment, and market.
- Build scalable messaging frameworks that articulate Teya’s value across payments, commerce, and business management.
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints — from web and campaigns to sales enablement and partner materials.
- Enablement & Revenue Support
- Equip Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success with effective collateral — playbooks, decks, case studies, and competitive battle cards.
- Lead internal enablement sessions to ensure teams deeply understand product value, differentiation, and GTM priorities.
- Partner with Growth and Retention teams on lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption, upsell, and retention.
- Market Intelligence & Insights
- Own competitive and market intelligence — monitoring trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to inform strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with Product on roadmap prioritisation, ensuring market demand and customer voice are embedded in development decisions.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate product-market fit, inform messaging, and optimise positioning.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS or fintech Product Marketing, ideally in fast-scaling, multi-market environments.
- Proven success owning GTM strategy and execution for multiple products or regions.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing product marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of value-based messaging, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong collaboration across Product, Commercial, and Growth functions.
- Experience in payments, merchant services, or SME-focused solutions is a plus.
- Skills
- Strategic thinker and operator — equally strong at defining vision and executing with speed.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller — able to simplify complexity into narratives that inspire action.
- Commercially sharp — data-driven and ROI-focused, with a clear understanding of how product marketing drives revenue.
- Analytical and structured, with the ability to turn insights into actionable GTM strategies.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
- Deep empathy for small businesses and a passion for solving their real-world challenges.
Why Join Teya
- Lead and scale the product marketing function in one of Europe’s most ambitious fintechs.
- Help shape how Teya’s products are launched, adopted, and loved across multiple markets.
- Work alongside a world-class team on a mission to empower millions of small businesses.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.
- A high-impact role with visibility, ownership, and room to grow.
