Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your territory through outbound outreach, networking and referrals.
  • Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges and goals, building trust through consultative conversations.
  • Use effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and consistently achieve performance targets.
  • Develop strong knowledge across Teya’s products and solutions, supported by plenty of training.
  • Share insights from the field to help improve our products, messaging and sales processes.
  • Represent Teya as a credible, professional and values-led ambassador within your territory.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by identifying relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture that values learning and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role (field-based experience is a strong advantage).
  • Confidence building relationships and engaging new customers.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, particularly in a field-based environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A full UK driving licence.
