Your Mission
We’re looking for a field-based sales professional to join Teya’s rapidly growing sales organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and developing their career in a high-growth environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your defined territory through outreach, networking and referrals
- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges and goals
- Use effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and achieve performance targets
- Develop strong knowledge across Teya’s products and solutions (don’t worry — you’ll receive plenty of training)
- Share insights from the field to help improve our products and customer experience
- Represent Teya as a credible, professional and values-led ambassador within your territory
- Build positive, long-term customer relationships that support growth and retention
