You'll configure and maintain our systems, build integrations and automations that removemanual work, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and keep our people data accurate anddependable. ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain our HR systems configuration across the whole People departmentBuild integrations and workflows that connect our systems and toolsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues as they come upCoordinate vendors and manage support tickets through to resolutionKeep our systems documentation clear and up to dateBuild operational reports that give the team the data it needsFind and build automation opportunities that cut out manual workKeep our people data accurate, consistent, and reliableSupport system testing for new features and changesSupport improvements to our processes and systemsMonitor how our systems are performing and flag issues earlyWhat good looks likeOur systems are stable, reliable, and dependableManual, repetitive work is reduced through automationPeople data is accurate and trustworthyWorkflows are efficient and easy to useThe team confidently adopts and uses our systems and toolsRequirementsHands-on experience with HiBob and Jira (both essential) — you've configured, maintained, or worked closely with these systems day to dayConfident building integrations, workflows, and automations between systemsStrong reporting and data skills, including advanced Excel; SQL is a plusA methodical troubleshooter who can investigate and resolve system issuesStrong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrityComfortable managing vendors, support tickets, and competing prioritiesA clear communicator who can write good documentation and explain systems to non-technical colleaguesExperience with Deel is a nice to haveThe PerksWe trust you, so we offer flexible working hours, as long as it suits both you and your team.
