You join a fast-growing fintech with a mission to simplify commerce for local businesses, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve performance and trust in the system. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Investigate root causes of CRM issues and own resolution end-to-end /li li Prevent recurrence by hardening implementations and adding guardrails /li li Ensure all automation and implementations follow guidelines before and after go-live /li li Measure CRM health with dashboards, track error rates, adoption, and data quality /li li Turn data into actionable insights; globalise and tidy reporting aligned with Commercial Excellence /li li Build and refine automations; maintain a clean, scalable HubSpot instance across Europe /li li Act as single point of contact for CRM issues, ensuring nothing is dropped /li li Shield sales teams from CRM failures so leaders can trust the numbers /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience with a CRM (HubSpot ideal; Salesforce or similar welcome) /li li Ability to diagnose root causes and drive fixes, not just patch symptoms /li li Experience with ticketing and SLAs /li li Comfort building automations and reading their logic /li li Understanding of data quality, reporting, and governance /li li Willingness to learn, improve, and challenge requests when needed /li /ul ul li Detectives instinct /li li Owners mindset /li li Reactive when needed and proactive by default /li li HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM /li li Automation development and logic debugging /li li Dashboarding and data reporting /li /ul
