Hello! We’re Teya. Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance. At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities. We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street. We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters. We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us. Become a part of our story. We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.
What will you be doing? We’re looking for a dynamic operator who lives at the intersection of sales enablement, content, and marketing execution. You’ll play a key role in optimising our LMS, build best-in-class sales collateral, lead communication with the Independent Sales network, and directly support our sellers with the digital and messaging tools they need to grow. You’ll be both behind the scenes and on the front line, enabling Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) to perform at their best. This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for someone who’s equal parts organiser, creator, communicator, and marketer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted partner to the Enablement Manager: provide executional horsepower to deliver projects fast and at scale.
- Manage the LMS: support the Enablement manager to maintain LMS structure, create and upload training pathways, keep content fresh, accurate, and aligned to business goals.
- Build and maintain high-impact sales enablement materials: decks, playbooks, battlecards, how-to guides, and training modules.
- Act as the comms engine of the ISC network: plan and send newsletters, business updates, product changes, and campaign announcements.
- Coordinate internal sales events: monthly sales meetings, conferences, webinars, and drop-in sessions (content, logistics, follow-ups).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure ISCs have on-brand, up-to-date sales collateral to upkeep product and process knowledge.
- Partner directly with a cohort of ISCs to boost their visibility and sales through SEO and digital marketing tactics.
- Design and deliver ready-to-use sales assets: prospecting templates, outreach sequences, email campaigns, and messaging frameworks.
- Act on feedback: gather input from the field and use it to evolve our content and communication strategies.
- Support growth initiatives across the ISC network — including referral campaigns, pipeline-building strategies, and field marketing efforts.
- Track, report, and analyse usage data from the LMS and comms campaigns to optimise future content and resource delivery.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in sales enablement, content creation, digital marketing, or a hybrid commercial role.
- Proven ability to manage and evolve learning platforms.
- Strong presentation skills - high proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva or a similar tool is essential. Creating high quality, on-brand content is a key part of this role.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills — clear, concise, and audience-aware.
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams while staying execution-focused.
- Organised and resourceful — able to manage multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment with continuously shifting priorities.
- Creative mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
This is a builder’s role. You’ll shape how we scale Independent Sales Enablement with smart tools, clean content, and strong seller support — helping hundreds of entrepreneurs succeed across the UK.
What can we offer you?
- 25 days of Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
- Clearly defined career progression ladder and growth opportunities within the business
- Thorough onboarding and training
- Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass, 1-1 therapy sessions, meditation sessions and access to digital fitness and nutrition apps
- Extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices
- Private Medical and Life Insurance
