Your Mission
- Customer Identification – Proactively identify potential customers within your defined territory through cold outreach, networking and referrals.
- Building Relationships – Engage with existing and potential customers in‑person to understand their challenges, establish rapport and build trust to create a positive customer experience.
- Closing Sales – Use effective sales strategies to win new business and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Product Knowledge – Be an expert in all things Teya and have a deep understanding of our full range of products, becoming a trusted advisor to your customers.
- Market Feedback – Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to help us improve our product offerings and sales processes.
- Brand Representation – Represent Teya as the go‑to person in your territory while embodying our values and vision.
- Customer Growth – Proactively nurture long‑term customer relationships by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling Teya solutions to maximize value.
- Team Development – Support the onboarding and training of new joiners, sharing best practices and coaching them towards success.
- Leadership Support – Step in to assist the Sales Manager with routine management tasks when required, ensuring smooth operations and team alignment.
Your Story
Your mission is not only to close high‑value deals but also to mentor others and strengthen the overall performance of the sales team. To do that, we’re looking for people with the following attributes:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑related role
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues, with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Strong negotiation and objection‑handling capabilities
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
- A proactive self‑starter with the ambition to progress into leadership
- Fluency in English
- A full UK Driver’s license
This is a full field sales role.
