Your Mission

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our Shared Operations team. In this role, you will work in the Shared Operations team to support critical projects and day-to-day activities across our inside sales, customer relationship, and supply chain functions.
You’ll help define and track KPIs, structure operational processes, and build insightful reporting, becoming a key contributor to the scaling and efficiency of our business.

Your Story

  • Support strategic and operational projects across Shared Operations, from design to implementation.

  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs for inside sales, customer relations, and supply chain operations.

  • Conduct ad-hoc and structured analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.

  • Structure and document operational processes and metrics to drive consistency and scalability.

  • Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into team performance and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Finance.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational performance.
