Receipt and dispatch of blades into the workshop in accordance with RBL process and as directed by the production manager.

Responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out using correct and up to date company procedures, and standards required by the civil aviation authority.

Responsible for ensuring compliance to RBL and UK HSE procedural compliance.

Maintain a complete record of individual day to day blade repairs carried out.

Maintain all training as directed by the quality manager and production manager.

Perform composite repairs on aircraft components in accordance with FAA and OEM requirements.

Rotor blade repair activities include sanding, cleaning, and blade specific maintenance.

Minor repairs and balancing of Main and Tail rotor blades.

Assisting with audits as required.

Supporting and contributing to all local and companywide metrics.

Technical education and minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.

Team player, willing to learn, with an open and friendly personality.
