Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the development of high-quality mechanical design solutions across a range of projects in Ipswich. You will independently manage complex engineering activities, provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers, ensuring designs meet performance, quality and regulatory requirements.

You will drive CAE/FEA analyses, DFMEA/PFMEA, and DFM/DFA initiatives, while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.
