As our new Social Media Manager, you’ll join the central marketing function and be our in-house expert. You’ll own, measure, optimise and provide leadership on everything social media. You’ll work closely with our Heads of Marketing and Head of Digital Content to use our platforms to help build Texthelp’s reputation and profile with key global audiences by delivering digital content that will inform, inspire and engage these audiences. You’ll work on multiple paid social media campaigns simultaneously throughout the year, across each of our business divisions. You’ll have strong planning and operational skills to manage the successful implementation of those campaigns. And you’ll have equally good analytical skills to optimise performance, in order to drive awareness, reach, engagement and lead generation.

Main Responsibilities- Be our social media expert - use your knowledge and experience to advise, innovate and drive impactful change.
- Consult stakeholders on every step of the journey, as we evolve our social presence and usage.
- Provide leadership to the wider team on how we can optimise social as a channel to deliver qualified leads, support our sales pipeline and contribute to business growth.
- Work with our divisional marketing teams to plan, execute and manage paid social acquisition and retargeting campaigns which will reach, engage and convert target personas.
- Work with our content and design teams to brief and create personalised and relevant ad content for those paid social and retargeting campaigns.
- Use audience insight, data and competitive trends to develop an ambitious test and learn approach across our social platforms, which allows us to quickly adapt and evolve.
- Work with our Head of Digital Content to support our editorial calendar by using expertise and insights to boost our best performing organic social content.
- Own the reporting and analysis of our social platforms, campaigns and KPIs, and provide insights which can be used to make real-time and future improvements.
- Work with our Heads of Marketing and finance teams to manage and reconcile our central and divisional paid social budgets, including PO and invoice processing.
- Manage our social media platforms, tools and suppliers from both operational and relationship perspectives.
- Coordinate and lead quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with agencies on our overall social strategy, as well as agency-managed divisional activities.
- Harness Employee Advocacy to increase brand awareness, reach and engagement.
- Advise Texthelp employees on how to create a personal brand on social platforms and the importance of doing so.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar paid social / paid acquisition manager role - managing and optimising campaigns.
- 3+ years of managing social media platforms in a professional capacity, in particular Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter (X) and social media tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Oktopost, Sprinklr.
- 3+ years experience in managing a central budget and forecasting ROAS.
- Strong planning, operational and tactical execution skills.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of how paid and organic content and strategies work together.
- Ability to work collaboratively, efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, across the globe.
- Experience of working for a global business-to-business (B2B) brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience of working in a technology / SaaS business.
- Experience of working in an agile environment.
- Experience of other paid media / biddable platforms - PPC, SEM or programmatic.
- Self-motivator with a lot of initiative.
- Good planner and multi-tasker.
- Data-driven and analytical.
- Good team player.
