We are seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join Texo Recruitment on a job share basis (2 days per week). The role will support internal mobilisations and manage the recruitment process for open contract vacancies across TEXO.

Working closely with internal managers across all divisions, you will understand and respond to staffing requirements, ensuring smooth and timely candidate placement. The role also involves coordinating travel, accommodation, and mobilisation logistics, including qualifications and PPE, to ensure a seamless onboarding process for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the internal mobilisation of contractors across different projects, departments, or locations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and ensure timely staffing solutions.
  • Maintain and manage internal talent pools, ensuring the best fit for open roles within the company.
  • Manage the recruitment process for contract vacancies, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand specific job requirements and source suitable candidates.
  • Ensure all contract positions are filled with qualified candidates within set timelines.
  • Manage travel, accommodation, and other logistics for employees during mobilisation, ensuring smooth transitions for relocated staff.
  • Ensure all candidates possess the necessary qualifications, licenses, and certifications for their roles.
  • Attend training to develop mandatory and relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and safe working practices are maintained at all times. Take responsibility for the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by their actions at work.
Essential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition with a focus on internal staffing and mobilisation.
  • Experience in managing recruitment logistics, such as travel, accommodation, and compliance, is highly desirable.
Preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment management systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements related to qualifications, certifications, and PPE.
