Purpose of the Role: Manage and coordinate all Fabric Maintenance (FM) and Anomaly Repair scopes, ensuring safe, efficient, and technically sound delivery of maintenance and repair activities across onshore and offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise for all FM scopes and vendors for anomaly repairs.
- Manage 28‑day and 90‑day FM and Anomaly Repair plans.
- Prioritise scopes based on risk assessments.
- Write scopes of work and raise/review work orders.
- Review close‑out reports and FM reports; prepare Surface Preparation Release Certificates.
- Lead offshore Core FM and ad‑hoc Anomaly Repair teams.
- Coordinate with offshore construction teams to drive anomaly repairs.
Requirements
- Technical Integrity background with Fabric Maintenance and Anomaly Management experience.
- Operations experience, preferably both offshore and onshore.
- Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritise risks and ensure technical accuracy.
- Safety‑focused and proactive.
