Transport Coordinator (Aberdeenshire)

TEXO Recruitment is currently seeking a Transport Coordinator to join one of our valued clients based in North Aberdeenshire. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, supporting the transport operations and ensuring the seamless coordination of road shipments—both import and export—from start to finish.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Proven ability to work well as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with transport management systems (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate quotations to clients, ensuring their transport needs are met effectively
• Oversee and manage the full shipment process, ensuring all tasks are completed
• Communicate and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Plan and schedule domestic and international deliveries
