TEXO Recruitment is currently seeking a Transport Coordinator to join one of our valued clients based in North Aberdeenshire. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, supporting the transport operations and ensuring the seamless coordination of road shipments—both import and export—from start to finish.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Proven ability to work well as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with transport management systems (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate quotations to clients, ensuring their transport needs are met effectively
- Oversee and manage the full shipment process, ensuring all tasks are completed
- Communicate and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Plan and schedule domestic and international deliveries
