Overview
TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for a PHE Technical Supervisor to supervise a team within the Plate Heat Exchanger service department of one of our external clients.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on experience with plate heat exchangers (PHEs) and shell & tube systems, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Valid and clean UK driving licence.
- In-depth knowledge of various types of PHEs, including gasketed, brazed, and welded models; experience with shell & tube systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in the use of tools and machinery specific to PHE servicing and maintenance.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Clear and effective communicator with solid interpersonal abilities.
- Dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support PHE technicians, ensuring quality and safety.
